5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items:

  • Email us photos of the product and packaging within 72 hours of delivery to support@wollerahorizons.com
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Wollerahorizons is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing
  • Check with neighbors or household members, then contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
  • We will provide tracking information to assist, but refunds cannot be issued for successfully delivered packages
